AYURVEDA MASTERY TRAINING

100HR YOGA ALLIANCE CERTIFIED

ONLINE & IN PERSON RETREAT

Exploring the foundations of Yoga’s sister science in both the underlying philosophy and its practical application, this hybrid training provides you with the tools to self-apply and share the transformative and time-proven science of Ayurveda.

Exploring Vedic dietary guidelines, self-diagnosis techniques, and Somatic self-healing practices for total wellness, together we will design our unique path to embodied holistic and harmonious living.

Combining both online live streamed lectures, with one final all-inclusive, retreat-style immersion, graduates will be able to weave Ayurveda’s wisdom into their Yoga practice and teaching, as well as offer private healing as Ayurveda Health advisors.

This 100-HR Yoga Alliance Certified course can be applied towards a 300HR RYT certification with the Sacred Movement Academy.

WHAT IS AYURVEDA?

Ayurveda describes that each of us are unique in our individual makeup, making health & vitality not a one-size-fits all process.

Using simple yet profound techniques, it guides us how to harmonize our lives with nature (both inner and outer), experience deep states of wellness, and become empowered to truly serve others with care.

Our hybrid immersion brings these profound teachings to life in practical, day-to-day applications.

Whether you want to learn more about Ayurveda for your personal benefit, or want to apply this knowledge to support others through holistic healing, Yoga practice, teaching or another healing art, this program will give you the clarity to navigate these profound teachings.
